When fine coffees from around the world arrive at our facility, the beans are ready to start a new journey. Working in small batches, we use three elements, water, temperature and time, to migrate the caffeine from the coffee beans. For 10 hours, we carefully monitor each of these variables, ensuring the flavor and character of the coffee remain untouched, which gives up time to grab a coffee while we wait for the beans to become 99.9% caffeine free. Now the coffee’s ready to leave our hands and continue its journey on to roasters around the world.
